Finances
Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter is one of fourteen other Panhellenic Council Sororities on the University of Minnesota campus. The ranges of dues and fees varies from sorority to sorority. Each sorority structures how they handle dues and fees differently.
For Delta Gamma, dues and fees differ depending upon whether you live in the house, live out of the house, or if you are studying abroad.
Dues can range anywhere from $2,000 to $8,000 annually depending on the given circumstances listed above. There are also different payment schedules members can choose from to best suit their individual situations.
More information on exact finances are provided to members upon joining, and any further questions can be discussed with the Vice President of Finance.
Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter also has different scholarships to help pay for schooling. These are awarded from different alumnae donations as well as from the executive offices. The opportunity to apply for these usually occurs annually and details are given at the appropriate time.
Even with the price that Delta Gamma comes with, there are several ways to alleviate the full payment and ways to help cover other expenses.
With all of this being said, the friends, opportunities, and memories that you make with your sisters can never be matched by any price.
