Welcome to the Lambda Chapter of Delta Gamma at the University of Minnesota! We’re so happy you’ve found us. We are a proud, loving sisterhood bonded by our shared values. We are also a support system that pushes each other to grow, learn and become the best versions of ourselves. This website will give you a glimpse into what makes the Lambda Chapter of Delta Gamma so special. Delta Gamma is grounded by our four main values: to foster high ideals of friendship among women, to promote our educational and cultural interests, to create a true sense of social responsibility, and to develop in us the best qualities of character. Lambda Chapter strives to create a “Do Good” environment by pushing ourselves to do the best we can in everything we attempt, as well as helping those around us. From philanthropy events, sisterhood outings, community service, social gatherings, academics or just hanging around the house, each member has their own unique experience and memories that they can cherish when they leave.
Delta Gamma truly has become a home away from home for me. When I first joined Delta Gamma I had no idea how much it would impact my life. This chapter has helped transform me into the woman and leader that I am today. I have found the most genuine friendships that continue to support me and inspire me through every aspect of my life. The network of amazing women that Delta Gamma has provided for me will be something I cherish forever. The values, traditions, and structure gained from joining this chapter helped me stay grounded and feel prepared for what is to come after college.
